Dr. Lawson comes to us from Houston, Texas and is excited to now call Georgia home.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University in Grenada. She spent her final clinical year at the University of Georgia, where she fell in love with the Peach State.
Her professional passions include dermatology, cardiology, wound care, soft tissue surgery, and preventative medicine. She has a big heart for all animals, but beagles hold a special place, especially her own pup, Rocket! Dr. Lawson is Fear Free Certified!
Outside of work, you can find Dr. Lawson hiking, traveling, reading, or cheering on her favorite football teams (Gig ’em Aggies and Go Dawgs!)
